Contract: 3 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £23/£24 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.
Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:
NVQ or City & Guilds L2 or time served
Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
