Hours of work: MON-FRI, site based role 07.30-15.30. Working within the security vetting team.

Description/Scope of work

To provide administration support to the Personnel and Physical Security Department in terms of photocopying, scanning documents, booking meetings, booking visitors onto site, supporting the recruitment of employees, agency workers and contractors. There is an increase in workload in the department due to an increase in agency workers, contractors and employees. The Security Department not only look after SFL but all the satellite sites and support outages at customer sites.

The Personnel Security Manager is currently providing support to the safeguards team. This support will continue due to a key member of the safeguards moving into a new role. This role will be replaced but will need to be sourced and as such this adds additional workload to the remaining members of the team.

The Security Department is also undertaking a review of the receptionist roles carried out by MITIE personnel. The site intention is for these roles to be brought in house which will take up time from the team in training, developing processes and procedures for these new members to follow.

Required experience / qualifications -

English, any administration experience atleast 3years

Experienced in handling and maintaining sensitive information

UK National Security Vetting Status: BPSS clearance will be required of the success candidate.
