This Sales Executive position is office-based across Monday – Friday and involves nurturing strong, lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities and consistently work towards targets.

What you will be doing:
* Manage customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor
* Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations
* Support customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms
* Analyse buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally
* Working towards individual and team sales targets
Key skills and experience required:
* At least 1-year recent previous experience in a telesales, sales or customer service role where you had to upsell
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
