We're partnering with a growing and ambitious business within the manufacturing and industrial sector that is looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of developing a new customer portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, opening doors, and building a successful desk with the support of an established business behind them.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identifying and winning new business
Developing and nurturing your own portfolio of clients from initial contact through to long-term partnership
Building a strong pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound business development activity
Meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Negotiating commercial agreements and securing profitable partnerships
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or recruitment
A proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships
A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build your own desk
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
