We are working with a Tech organisation for an exceptional Head of Reward to lead Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing strategy, shaping a competitive, fair, and data-led reward framework that supports attraction, retention, and employee wellbeing across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role owning all aspects of reward design, governance, and analytics, working closely with senior leaders to ensure reward strategies are commercially aligned and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation strategy, including salary structures, job evaluation, annual pay review, and incentive programmes.
- Oversee benefits and wellbeing programmes, including healthcare, pensions, and provider management.
- Drive pay equity analysis, benchmarking, and compensation modelling.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, pay transparency, and governance standards.
- Deliver reward analytics, insights, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition on budgeting, org design, and reward decisions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward professional with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of compensation frameworks, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You’ll be commercially minded, data-driven, and confident operating in a complex environment.
