Within this role you’ll interact with all elements of the business with regular contact with Head Office, Site Manager and an Office Administrator.
 
We are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled talent to make a mark on a business and help them continue to thrive.
 
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm.

The Accounts and Office Administrator role will include the following responsibilities:

Accurately process purchase invoices and generate sales invoices using Sage 50
Manage and monitor cash flow
Complete daily bank reconciliations using Sage
Prepare and submit VAT returns to HMRC within the required deadlines
Prepare financial information to support the production of monthly management accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and supplier records in Sage
Maintain well-organised records of invoices, payments and financial documents
Maintain accurate stock records
Prepare despatch documentation for orders
Verify weighbridge tickets
Maintain records of purchases
Respond promptly and accurately to requests for information and data from the commission
Record and reconcile co-product sales and coordinate customer orders.
Raise purchase orders for transport, engineering services and other operational requirements
Undertake other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the business 
The ideal candidate will hold the below skillsets and attributes:

AAT qualified (Lvl 2 min) with relevant accounting experience
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative team player
Full UK Driving License
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information 
Desirable Skills:

Sage 50 Accounts experience 
Commutable from: Cirencester, Kemble, Fairford, Stroud, Malmesbury and Swindon
