Established over 200 years ago this expert contractor specialises in delivering bespoke plastering and decorating work across the luxury residential, heritage and commercial projects across London and the Southeast. In this role, your time will be split evenly between site and office, managing projects from pre-start to through to completion. This will include coordinating subcontractors, managing client communication, overseeing variations and the financial aspects of the projects. Where you will work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a commercially minded construction professional who has had experience managing budgets and variations, who can also show strong experience using excel software.

The Role:
Managing specialist plastering and decorating projects
