The Role - Child Support Worker
A Children's Residential Setting in Hackney is seeking a dedicated Child Support Worker to join their team. You will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them develop independence, confidence, and life skills. The role involves supporting daily routines, promoting positive behaviour, building strong relationships, and working closely with the wider care and education team.
The successful Child Support Worker will have experience working with children or young people in a residential, SEN, SEMH, or care setting. You must be confident administering medication, following care plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the young people in your care.
