Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Assembly Operatives to join a company based in the Holbeach area, near Holbeach, for the busy Christmas season.

Get into the festive spirit while you work! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something a little different this Christmas! You will be responsible for decorating  and preparing Christmas trees, which will then be delivered to local stores.

If you enjoy hands-on work, have a creative eye and excellent attention to detail, this could be the perfect seasonal opportunity for you!

Location: Holbeach, near Spalding

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Shift: Day shifts

Start Date: November 2026

Contract: Temporary Christmas seasonal work

Your Responsibilities

Decorating Christmas trees to a high standard

Assembling and preparing festive decorations

Ensuring all finished products look presentable and meet quality standards

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Keeping your working area clean and organised

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good hand-eye coordination

Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team

Previous assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential

Important: You must have your own transport, as the company is based in Holbeach and there are no suitable local bus services to the site.
