We're recruiting a Packaging Manager to join a successful and growing fresh produce business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the packaging function, leading development projects, building supplier relationships and driving innovation across the business.
Working closely with Commercial, Technical and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in improving packaging performance, supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations.

As Packaging Manager, you'll lead the development, sourcing and continuous improvement of packaging solutions, ensuring quality, availability and cost efficiency remain at the forefront.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the sourcing, availability and stock levels of packaging materials.
Building strong supplier relationships and ensuring continuity of supply.
Delivering packaging cost-saving and optimisation projects.
Leading packaging development to improve shelf life, reduce waste and enhance presentation.
Managing packaging artwork from concept through to print approval.
Supporting product launches, packaging trials and sustainability initiatives.
Keeping up to date with packaging trends, legislation and new technologies.About You
You'll have experience within packaging, fresh produce, food manufacturing or FMCG, along with a good understanding of packaging materials and supply chains. You'll be organised, commercially minded and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver practical solutions.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday.
