You'll build genuine rapport with hiring managers, understand the projects they're delivering and where their talent gaps are, and scope ahead so shortlists are ready before the role even opens. You'll also be the first interaction candidates have with the business, so you'll set the tone as the brand ambassador for every hire that follo
