Cambridge Air Conditioning is looking for an Air Conditioning Improver who takes pride in their work and wants to become an important part of a growing local business.
We’re looking for someone who already has their F-Gas qualification and some hands-on air conditioning experience, but wants the opportunity to develop their skills and progress into a fully competent Air Conditioning Engineer.

Who are we looking for?
Air Conditioning Improver – Must Have:
❄️ F-Gas qualified
🔧 Some experience in split and multi-split air conditioning
🛠️ Hands-on air conditioning installation experience
🏠 Comfortable working in customers’ homes and delivering a high standard of finish
💪 Reliable, professional and proud of the work you put your name to
🗣️ Good with customers and comfortable working as part of a team
📚 Willing to learn and develop into a fully competent Air Conditioning Engineer
Experienced heating engineers will also be considered if you have relevant air conditioning experience and want to develop further within the industry.
You don’t need to be the finished article.
We’re looking for someone with a good foundation who wants the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, gain further manufacturer training and develop into an engineer capable of running their own installations.
