The Role:

Take ownership of your own 360 recruitment desk, driving growth through business development and client relationship management.

Lead, motivate and coach two team members, including mentoring a Business Development Consultant to achieve their potential.

Play a key role in developing the branch, supporting business strategy and driving results.

Deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
