With strong momentum and continued expansion, the business is now looking for a Quality & Regulatory Lead to help strengthen the technical and compliance foundations behind its growing product portfolio.
This is a broad, hands-on role sitting across Product Innovation, Operations and Manufacturing, focused on ensuring products are compliant, technically robust and manufactured to the highest standards across multiple international markets.
The role will involve:
- Managing quality and regulatory compliance across UK/EU and international markets
- Reviewing product specifications, ingredient documentation, technical files and packaging requirements
- Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure strong quality standards and governance
- Supporting packaging compliance, artwork approvals and label reviews
- Monitoring quality issues, investigations and corrective actions across the supply chain
- Building scalable documentation and compliance processes to support continued international growth
The business is looking for someone with:
- Experience within quality, regulatory or technical roles across FMCG, food, supplements, beverages or wellness products
- Strong understanding of UK/EU and international regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with suppliers, co-manufacturers and technical documentation
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-moving scale-up environment
