A leading MEICA contractor is looking for an experienced Mechanical Pipefitter to join their team on a clean‑water treatment plant project in North Somerset. This role involves mechanical installation, pipework assembly and supporting upgrade works on a live water‑industry site.
Key Responsibilities
*
Install and assemble mechanical pipework systems (stainless, ductile iron, steel).
*
Fit brackets, supports, flanges and associated mechanical components.
*
Work from drawings, isometrics and site instructions.
*
Support mechanical fit‑out of treatment process equipment.
*
Maintain safe working practices within a regulated clean‑water environment.
Requirements
*
Strong mechanical pipefitting experience on water‑industry or industrial sites.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*
Safe, reliable and able to work effectively within a small team.

C&G's in Confined Spaces (essential)
