As the HR Director, you will report directly to the UK Chief Executive. You will be a critical member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to senior executives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy aligned with global priorities and tailored to local business needs
- Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to support organisational transformation and sustainable growth
- Embed the people agenda into leadership discussions using data-driven insights and fact-based recommendations
- Coach senior leaders to enhance team dynamics, foster collaboration, and cultivate an effective organisational culture
- Lead and develop regional HR teams to ensure strong performance and seamless execution of initiatives
- Oversee workforce planning, talent development, reward strategies, inclusion efforts, and organisational design

Your Profile
We are seeking an accomplished HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of delivering strategic impact across multiple geographies. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous Senior HR leadership experience
- Expertise in multinational organisations; financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, including social dialogue and collective agreements (UK legislation knowledge preferred).
- Broad HR expertise across organisation design, culture, leadership development, talent management, reward strategies, learning & development, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and long-term workforce planning across diverse markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively across cultures.
Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + package
