Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established engineering business, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in bearing sales who enjoys building long term customer relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders accurately and liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide product advice and guidance, helping customers identify the most suitable bearing solutions for their applications.
Carry out outbound calls to existing and prospective customers where required to generate opportunities, follow up quotations, and develop new business.
Requirements:

Previous experience selling bearings is essential.
Strong customer service and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings would be highly desirable.
Full UK driving licence essential, as occasional use of a company vehicle may be required.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills with a proactive approach to sales.
