What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Supporting weekly payroll processes and subcontractor payments.
Managing invoice processing, including approximately 50 subcontractor invoices weekly.
Assisting with purchase ledger tasks, subcontractor ledger administration, and retentions specific to the construction sector.
Collecting and submitting subcontractor timesheets.
Contributing to general finance operations.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

Previous experience in finance, accounts, or payroll administration.
Comfortable working with volume and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage or construction-specific software is advantageous but not required.
Reliable, steady, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
