We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. If you've got a background in sales and you're looking for a role with real earning potential and clear progression, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Developing a client base within a specialist area of the IT market
Headhunting and engaging candidates through a range of sourcing methods
Running end-to-end recruitment processes - from taking a brief to closing a placement
Managing your own pipeline and working towards targetsWhat we're looking for
6+ months in a sales or customer-facing role
Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
Motivated by earning potential
Confident communicator at all levels
Looking to progress quickly and take ownership of your careerWhat's on offer
Competitive base salary from £26,000+
Up to 35% uncapped commission
First year OTE £30,000-£40,000 | Year 2-3 OTE £40,000-£60,000+
