We're recruiting Production Operatives to support a busy and growing manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in producing high quality, products safely, efficiently, and to specification. What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing products in line with process and quality specifications
Following standard operating procedures and safe equipment practices
Setting up and operating machinery including sintering, pressing, and cutting equipment
Completing machine start?up checks and ensuring safe operation throughout the shift
Monitoring production output and carrying out accurate stock checks
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow processes and work to targets
