The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to work on prestigious high-end residential properties and luxury hotels across Central London?
We are working with a well-established and growing building services contractor seeking a skilled Lead / Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who takes pride in delivering first-class workmanship and customer service within premium environments.
The Role
Covering Central London and the M25 region, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing and maintenance of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and ventilation systems
Diagnosing and repairing faults on various air conditioning equipment
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
Refrigerant handling, leak detection and system testing
Commissioning new installations and ensuring systems operate efficiently
Producing service reports and maintenance documentation
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service while working within occupied high-end residential and hotel environments
Supporting junior engineers when required
Participating in the on-call rotaRequirements
Proven experience within the air conditioning industry
Valid F-Gas Certification (essential)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
Experience working on VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsPackage
£50,000 - £55,000 basic salary (potentially higher for exceptional candidates)
Company van (take home and reasonable personal use permitted)
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Overtime paid at time and a half
1 in 7 on-call rota with additional allowance
