You'll choose a specialist market you believe in and take ownership of growing it.
That means finding and winning clients, building a strong contractor network, creating opportunities and turning those relationships into long-term business.
You won't be starting completely from zero either. PCR has existing relationships and expertise across technology, digital and media, with consultants specialising in areas including Broadcast & Media Technology, Digital Accessibility, Technology Leadership, Cyber Security and AI.
There's plenty of opportunity to collaborate, cross-sell and open doors for each other.

Your exact market is less important to us than your commercial instinct, network and ambition to grow something.
