The Role - Education and Training
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide high-quality support to children throughout their school day.
You will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment while supporting children both academically and socially.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children with classroom activities and learning
Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging activities
Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Building strong relationships with children and staff
Assisting with personal care where required
