We’re looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join our growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with machinery, and taking pride in keeping production running efficiently, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be responsible for setting and optimising injection moulding machines, carrying out mould changes, improving cycle times, and supporting both preventative and reactive maintenance. You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving quality, and driving production performance.

* Ability to set, start-up, and optimise injection moulding machines independently
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of cycle times, quality, and efficiency
* A proactive, reliable, and practical approach
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
