Deliver Major Infrastructure Projects Across South Wales
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on highways and infrastructure schemes that make a real impact on local communities?
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Cardiff team, supporting the delivery of highways, bridges and civil engineering projects across South Wales.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
·Manage the commercial delivery of highways and infrastructure projects
·Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts
·Administer NEC contracts, including variations and compensation events
·Produce CVRs and commercial reports
·Support procurement and tender processes
·Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities and contractors
·Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities
What You'll Need
·Experience within highways or civil engineering projects
·Strong NEC contract knowledge
·Excellent communication and commercial skills
·Experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management
·Professional qualifications are desirable
