What You'll Be Doing
As Head of Structures, you will:
·Lead highways structures and bridge engineering projects
·Manage technical delivery across major infrastructure schemes
·Develop and maintain strong client relationships
·Lead and mentor engineering teams
·Support business growth and framework opportunities
·Ensure high technical standards and project quality
·Provide leadership across bridge design, assessment and refurbishment projects
What You'll Need
To be considered for this Head of Structures role, you should have:
·Strong experience within highways structures or bridge engineering
·Experience leading teams and delivering infrastructure projects
·Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills
·Knowledge of UK highways standards and regulations
·Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification
·Commercial awareness and leadership capability

Salary & Benefits
·Associate Director salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
·Technical Director salary up to £80,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
