We are currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Islington. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual to step into a key role on a long-term sickness cover basis, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the school’s front office and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Assisting with general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry
Working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsRequirements:
Previous school administration experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of SIMS and Arbor
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy school environment
