Motorhome Sales Executive
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary, OTE £40,000 - £45,000

Our client is looking for a dedicated Motorhome Sales Executive to join their friendly and successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell high-quality motorhomes in a consultative sales environment where building trust and long-term customer relationships is key.
Unlike traditional vehicle sales, purchasing a motorhome is often a considered decision that can take several months. The successful candidate will enjoy nurturing enquiries, maintaining regular contact with customers and guiding them through every stage of their buying journey.
Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*
One weekday off each week
*
No Sunday working
The Role
As a Motorhome Sales Executive, you will:

Welcome customers into the dealership and understand their individual requirements.
*
Demonstrate and present new and used motorhomes.
*
Advise customers on layouts, specifications, features and optional extras.
*
Build strong relationships and maintain contact throughout the sales journey, which can often span several months.
*
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*
Generate finance, warranty and accessory sales opportunities where appropriate.
*
Follow up enquiries professionally and consistently.
*
Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
*
Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
*
Ensure showroom and display vehicles are presented to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate

A proven track record in a customer-facing sales role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The patience and commitment to manage a longer sales cycle.

A consultative, customer-first approach rather than a high-pressure sales style.

Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

The ability to build trust and maintain relationships over an extended period.

Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.

A full UK driving licence.
Whilst sales experience within the motorhome, caravan or leisure vehicle sector would be advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates from other industries with a successful, stable sales career and the ability to build lasting customer relationships are encouraged to apply.
Please note: This role is unlikely to suit someone from a traditional fast-paced car sales background, where the sales cycle is typically much shorter. Success in this position comes from patience, consistency and providing an outstanding customer experience over what can often be a six to nine-month purchasing journey.
