Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead transactions from start to finish, coordinate counsel across multiple jurisdictions and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
The role
- Lead complex international M&A and corporate transactions.
- Manage deals from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise senior stakeholders on strategic projects, risks and opportunities.
- Drive multiple high-value transactions forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Help shape the wider legal function, including AI and legal technology.
About you
You will be a commercially minded corporate lawyer with:
- Strong international M&A experience, ideally gained in-house within a global organisation.
- A track record of leading complex cross-border transactions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising senior executives.
- Strong commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- An interest in legal innovation, AI and technology.
