Finishes Manager – Residential Apartments | Clapham | 6 Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Manager to join a major residential development in Clapham on behalf of a leading UK developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the final stages of a high-specification RC frame apartment scheme, managing all internal finishing trades from 2nd fix through to handover.

The Role:

* Managing all finishing and fit-out trades from 2nd fix onwards

* Driving quality throughout the finishing stages of the project

* Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones

* Managing inspections, snagging and de-snagging processes

* Ensuring apartments and communal areas are completed to the highest standard

* Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers and customer care teams

* Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Finishes Manager on residential apartment developments

* Strong understanding of internal finishing packages and handover processes

* Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential units

* Excellent eye for detail and quality control

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

* Strong communication and organisational skills
