CTG Designer

The CTG Designer role blends imaginative thinking with practical execution across colour, trim, and graphics, turning strategic ideas into tangible, rider-focused experiences.

What You Will Do as CTG Designer:

Lead end-to-end Colour, Trim, & Graphics (CTG) design for all projects, from early concept through to production handover
Collaborate with Product Strategy, Industrial Design, and Brand teams to ensure every CTG Designer deliverable aligns with the project vision
Translate CMF strategy into creative, technically feasible solutions for both vehicles and genuine motorcycle accessories.
Conduct advanced CMF trend research and forecast future directions, turning insights into clear recommendations for the design team.
Build 1:1 CTG concept vehicles for stakeholder approval, ensuring a strong visual and emotional connection to the final product.

What You Will Bring as CTG Designer:

Proven experience in CTG Designer work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating colour, surface treatment, and graphic storytelling.
Confident collaboration skills, able to partner with product managers, engineers, and suppliers while keeping design intent consistent.
Ability to conduct CMF research, interpret trends, and maintain a structured material library to support ongoing innovation.
Strong judgement and attention to detail, balancing creative direction with production practicality.
Clear communication through presentations and documentation, helping stakeholders approve creative directions with confidence
