This role: Mechanical Project Manager is with a Leicester based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 20 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality. There are in an excellent position currently and have a lot of work on and in the pipeline. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the installation of Mechanical aspects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be:
* Managing projects with a value of up to £10M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
* Working in a close-knit team
* Working on projects across sectors including: Commercial, Residential, Education, Industrial and Healthcare
* Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors
* Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
As a Mechanical Project Manager your salary will be within the £50-60K region and you will also receive a car allowance.
