The Role
As the Fabric Engineer, you’ll:
- Conduct fire door checks and tap temperature tests to ensure compliance.
- Perform Legionella testing and fabric repairs including skirting.
- Train for emergency lighting maintenance as part of your PPM duties.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

You
To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer, you’ll bring:
- Basic plumbing or carpentry skills, ideally with relevant qualifications.
- A proactive attitude towards maintenance and repairs.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
