The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager you will use modern maintenance systems and techniques to maintain business as usual for the plant operations, On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting on project work to optimise to continuously improve availability/reliability of the equipment.
This is a key office-based role working closely with the Maintenance Manager supporting the day-to-day operational functionality of the site. You will support the administrative requirements within the dept raising PO’s, ordering parts, maintaining service contracts, scheduling planned maintenance and supporting project management. In addition, you will support the development and implementation of training plans for both shift and days-based maintenance teams. You will need to be a highly organised individual who has a competent overall engineering understanding. Ideally, you have worked in a heavy industrial background or project management roles within a manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Raising purchase orders
* Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager in project management
* Complete and maintain all required compliance and facilities-based administration
* Stock management of the stores
* Ensure that the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and project schedules are kept up to date using a CMMS system
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and produce performance reports and KPIs.
* Oversee contractor activities and provide support to the maintenance team
* Supporting compliance with Health & Safety, PUWER, LOLER

This role is full-time (onsite) - 37 hours per week over 4/5 days.
