The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you a confident and creative Marketing professional with a real passion for all things digital?
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to become an instrumental part of a busy and collaborative Marketing team.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing activity, create engaging content and campaigns, and really make your mark.
The Role
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and wider team, you will be involved in:
Creating engaging content across social media, email, websites and other digital channels
Developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
Managing and growing social media presence and engagement
Using HubSpot to support marketing campaigns and communications
Managing website content through WordPress
Supporting email marketing activity
Monitoring campaign performance and analysing results
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting wider communications and marketing projects, including magazine production About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, digitally savvy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will need:
Strong experience using HubSpot – essential
Excellent digital marketing and content creation skills
Experience with WordPress
Experience across social media and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
A proactive, organised and can-do attitude
The ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite would also be beneficial.
This is a hybrid role, but you must be happy to work from the London office every Thursday.
