A family-owned care group is looking for a Registered Manager to take the helm of one of its Liverpool nursing homes, a home that's been quietly moving in the right direction and now needs a leader to keep that momentum going and push for more.

The non-negotiables:
Valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
Management or strong deputy experience in a nursing home
A track record of holding standards and lifting a team with you
