V3 Recruitment is partnering with a growing, project and service-led engineering business based in Waterlooville. Known for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Representative to support continued regional growth.
The Role
This is a field-based, territory-focused position combining existing account management with new business development. You'll work in a consultative, solutions-led environmentbuilding trusted relationships and delivering tailored engineering solutions rather than chasing quick wins. You'll have real autonomy, backed by a professional and supportive internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Develop new business through targeted prospecting and networking
Understand customer requirements and present value-driven solutions
Lead single-tender contract negotiations
Deliver a high standard of service throughout the sales cycle
Work independently in the field, with flexibility for early starts when required
About You
You'll be a proven polished B2B field sales professional, ideally from a technical or service-based environment, with strong consultative selling skills and the confidence to manage complex or longer sales cycles. You're organised, commercially aware, and comfortable having direct conversations around value and pricing. A full UK driving licence and regional travel are essential.
