Head of Project Management Director Level

Location: London (EU travel required)

We're looking for a Director-Level Head of Project Management to work on Hyperscale Data Centres across Europe.  A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Director-level Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Data Centre offering.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role combines project leadership, team management, client development and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities of a Director-Level Head of Project Management
Lead the Data Centre Project Management team and sector strategy
Oversee complex projects and programmes from feasibility through construction, commissioning and handover
Act as Project Director on major client commissions
Build and develop a high-performing project management team
Manage senior client relationships and key accounts
Lead bids, proposals and business development activity
Maintain strong project governance, risk, programme and commercial controls
Take responsibility for team performance, utilisation, revenue and profitability
Required Experience for a Director-Level Head of Project Management
Director, Head of Project Management or equivalent experience within a construction or project management consultancy
Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
Experience across hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data centre environments
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major programmes
Demonstrable experience winning work and growing client accounts
Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management skills
Degree-qualified in a relevant construction or engineering discipline
Chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent is preferred
