Each nursery offers a caring and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, creativity and play. As an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3), you'll help create memorable learning experiences through imaginative activities, outdoor adventures, sensory play and structured routines that support every child's development. Working across a selection of fantastic settings in Leytonstone also gives you the opportunity to broaden your experience while finding the nursery that's the perfect fit for you.

The successful candidate for our Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3) role will need:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
Experience or exposure within an EYFS or nursery environment (preferred but not essential)
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
A caring, patient, enthusiastic and positive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Paediatric First Aid (preferred but not essential)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one (preferred but not essential)
A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection
A flexible, reliable and proactive attitude
