The current manager is moving on after a long and settled tenure, leaving behind a full home, a steady team and a good local name. The non-negotiables:

You're a current or recent Registered Manager in residential elderly care, comfortable with the realities of publicly funded services
You can show what good looks like: occupancy you've held or grown, ratings you've maintained or lifted, teams that stayed
You lead from the floor, know your residents by name, and run a home that is both warm and genuinely well runWhat's on the table:
