Working within a highly visible transformation function, you will partner with senior leaders across operations, technology and commercial teams to ensure change is effectively adopted across a large frontline workforce.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional change role focused solely on communications and engagement. You'll be responsible for end-to-end change delivery across a complex transformation programme, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption across operational teams.
As the first dedicated Business Change Manager within the organisation, you'll have the opportunity to define standards, influence decision-making at executive level and leave a lasting legacy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the business change strategy across a large transformation portfolio
Create and embed a consistent business readiness and adoption framework
Lead organisational change impact assessments and readiness activities
Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, technology and commercial functions
Manage change dependencies across multiple programmes and projects
Support and coach sponsors and leaders to drive effective change leadership
Develop compelling change narratives that translate strategy into operational impact
Monitor adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to ensure change is embedded successfully
Provide governance, challenge and assurance across transformation initiatives
About You
We're particularly interested in candidates who have successfully delivered technology-enabled change into operational or frontline environments.
You'll likely bring:
Extensive business change or organisational change management experience
A proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes
Experience working with operational, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or other shift-based workforces
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience driving business readiness, adoption and benefits realisation
A structured approach to change management, ideally supported by Prosci or similar methodologies
