We are currently recruiting for Bar Staff for our client based in Tower Hamlets.
The Bar Staff must have previous Bar experience, fast paced and quick working, use of electronic till systems, professional attitude, works well in a team, customer service skills, able to do daytime and evening.
Job Responsibilities for Bar Staff:
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, providing excellent service and assistance while taking drink orders.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
* Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service.
Requirements for Bar Staff:
* Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of drink recipes and basic bartending techniques.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
Working Hours for Bar Staff: 4pm to 11pm
