360 Excavator Operator

Substation Excavation

Location: Kilwinning
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Contract: 12+ months

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to work on an ongoing excavation project at a substation site in Kilwinning.

The role will involve carrying out excavation works around the substation, operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, and working alongside the wider site team to complete the project to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a 360 excavator for excavation and associated groundworks.

* Carrying out excavation works within a live construction/substation environment.

* Following site plans, instructions and excavation requirements.

* Working safely around existing services and site infrastructure.

* Working closely with groundworkers and other site personnel.

* Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

* Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS) certification.

* Relevant 360 Excavator Operator tickets.

* Previous experience carrying out excavation work on construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.

* Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.
