Our client, a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Caerphilly, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Service Advisor to join their growing service department.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Overtime available at time and a half
No weekend work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
Split shifts Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm and 9:30am – 6:00pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the service reception as a Service Advisor
Book vehicles into the workshop efficiently
Communicate extensively with the workshop team to chase work in progress and keep customers informed
Upsell additional work and services where appropriate
Advise customers on minor technical issues, providing excellent customer service
Achieve departmental targets by building strong customer relationships
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitorsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership environment
Prior commercial vehicle background is highly desirable, though Professionals from passenger car backgrounds will also be considered
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
Confident working independently and as part of a team
