Our client is a small, values-led provider setting up their new home in the Bicester area. They are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their homes — with the flexibility for the right candidate to be matched to the home that suits them best.

The approach
You will be supported by a highly experienced and supportive RM who has an excellent reputation. You will be able to build this service from the ground up and make it your own.

You might be early in your RM career but have experience of gaining a GOOD with Ofsted or well-established; what matters far more is your values, your presence, and your commitment to therapeutic practice.
