What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
* Attending organised appointments at customers homes and places of work to carry out servicing, diagnostics or inspections
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
* Maximising first-time fix rates using provided tools, equipment and training
* Delivering a calm, professional and reassuring customer experience
* Maintaining your service vehicle, tools and stock to a high standard
* Completing all job documentation, warranty and goodwill procedures accurately
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Automotive Technician
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic ability with a methodical, logical approach to fault finding
* Confident working independently while still being a strong team player
* Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
* Full UK Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points)
