The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Aligndent Grove House is a modern, friendly orthodontic practice based in Northfleet, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse or a Trainee Dental Nurse currently enrolled on an accredited dental nursing course who is eager to develop their skills within a specialist orthodontic environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is GDC registered (qualified applicants), or is a Trainee Dental Nurse enrolled on a recognised dental nursing course
Has orthodontic experience (desirable but not essential)
Has an understanding of CQC standards, cross-infection control, HTM guidance, safeguarding, and current dental regulations
Is organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
Has excellent communication skills and a caring, professional approach to patient care
Is keen to learn and develop within a specialist orthodontic practice
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clinicians during orthodontic procedures
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, infection prevention protocols, and practice policies
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Sterilisation and decontamination of instruments
Supporting patients throughout their orthodontic journey
Working closely with the clinical and reception teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience
