The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are working with a leading precision component manufacturer who are looking for an experienced NDT Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-focused manufacturing environment, carrying out DPI/FPI/LPI (Dye/Fluorescent/Liquid Penetrant Inspection) on a range of precision components.
The Role
As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out inspection activities to ensure components meet the required customer and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out DPI/FPI/LPI and Visual Inspection activities on a range of components.
Ensuring NDT equipment is maintained, calibrated and suitable for the required inspection operations.
Interpreting and evaluating inspection results against defined acceptance criteria and standards.
Producing work instructions for review and approval by the Level 3 NDT function.
Ensuring products conform to customer specifications, drawings and defined acceptance standards.
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance throughout the inspection process.Essential Skills & Experience
Level 2 qualification in FPI/DPI/LPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection / Dye Penetrant Inspection / Liquid Penetrant Inspection).
Previous NDT experience within a highly regulated manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
