Join a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in Crayford. As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Directors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be given autonomy to manage your workload, while being part of a supportive, close-knit team. Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and looking for long-term stability with flexibility.
Your Role as a Personal Assistant:
* Managing the Director’s diary, emails, and scheduling appointments
* Handling incoming calls and responding to client enquiries
* Organising documents, files, and company records
* Assisting with invoicing, timesheets, and basic admin tasks
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Supporting general office operations and ad hoc duties
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a PA, Administrator, or Office Support
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
* Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
