We are working with a well-established property business in Peterborough that is looking for an organised and proactive individual to support its friendly team. This is a varied, part-time opportunity offering flexibility around working hours, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. With a mix of general administration, team support and some potential involvement in marketing, no two days will be quite the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support to surveyors and the wider team.

Preparing and sending terms of engagement to clients.

Chasing outstanding invoices and assisting with credit control.

Supporting contract renewals and maintaining accurate records.

Using Xero to assist with invoicing and financial administration.

Uploading property details and keeping online listings up to date.

Collecting and organising keys for properties.

Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Assisting with marketing activities and promotional materials where required.

Maintaining organised filing systems and ensuring client information is kept up to date.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues.

A proactive approach, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks.

Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.

Experience using Xero would be beneficial, although not essential.

Property industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
